Once you have decided on the storage rental size that best fits your needs Sunny’s allows you to reserve the unit by hitting the reserve now button and paying a $50 reservation deposit. The $50.00 will be credited towards the total of the move in amount. If you cancel the $50.00 is forfeited. DO NOT RENT THE UNIT OR DO A PRE PAY AT THIS TIME. THIS WILL BE DONE WHEN YOU COME TO THE OFFICE.

YOU CAN NOT RESERVE A UNIT MORE THAN 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE ACTUAL MOVE IN DATE, AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 7 DAYS ONCE RESERVED. IF NOT COMPLETED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME, RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND DEPOSIT FORFITED. DO NOT RENT THE UNIT. THE RENTAL TAKES PLACE IN THE OFFICE.

If the $50.00 reservation deposit is not paid then the unit will not be reserved.

We will need a photo ID and credit card info to keep on file as a security deposit. The credit card does not have to be yours but the owner will need to sign the security agreement. If you do not want to use a credit card then we charge a one month’s rent as a deposit.
